Get a Quote
Once you've submitted your design, we’ll create a detailed take-off, listing all the components needed for your project. Our goal is to ensure you get exactly what you need. Quotes are processed in the order we receive them.

Place Order
Great, you’ve received your quote and ready to order! To get started, 402 Supply requires a 50% payment of your total invoice to place the order. This puts your materials into production. The remaining 50% is due once your Knotwood order is ready to ship.

Shipping
Our standard lead time from order to production and delivery is 8-10 weeks and can extend to 18-24 weeks on special order items. Once your final payment is complete, you’ll receive an email with the weight, pallet size details, and a BOL (Bill of Lading).

Delivery
To ensure a smooth delivery, use the information in the Bill of Lading (BOL) to contact the shipping carrier directly and arrange the delivery. We also recommend planning ahead for off-loading your order safely, whether you’ll use a forklift or unload it by hand.
