To improve our delivery and return process for Knotwood, we need to inform all customers and ensure they agree to our policies. Therefore, please find below important reminders regarding Knotwood orders and policies.

Order Return Policy – Customers have 5 business days upon receiving an order to audit materials, document, record and report any necessary claims due to damage, production defects, or improper order fulfillment. Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted for any orders. Please review the full Return Goods Policy for additional important information.

Non-Standard / Special Order Waste – When placing a non-standard or ‘special order,’ the customer should always account for an additional 5% waste to ensure adequate materials are supplied to complete their project(s). This will help prevent delays caused by material shortage, as special order quantities are fulfilled exactly to the requested amount(s).

Knotwood Installation Notice – Due to the nature of the sublimation process, boards are to be selected from alternating bundles during installation. Like real wood found in nature, color variations and unique characteristics can occur. Mixing boards from alternating bundles effectively mimics the natural appearance of real wood and reduces potential pattern repetition.

Sublimation Variation Notice – All customers must read and acknowledge our sublimation variation policy. This policy states that the Knotwood sublimation process is designed to mimic natural wood, and like real wood, color variations and unique characteristics can occur.
